Organs, Systems, and Synchrony. Holons within holons

The lesson explores how organ systems emerge, how timing is synchronized across different processes, and what psychological meanings might be associated with this orchestration. The holons theory will also be linked here. Professionals are invited to explore how foundational coherence (or incoherence) in early development may translate into psycho-emotional stability or fragmentation.

Assignment: The Prenatal Systems Consortium – A Roundtable Design Session
(To be added to your Study Diary)
Imagine that you are entering a high-level design forum: a Prenatal Systems Consortium where teams of specialists are collaboratively co-developing your core organ systems. This is not just an architectural office — it’s a living systems think tank.
You are invited as the central presence — the future being for whom this intricate system is being designed. Around the table sit delegates from various departments:
-
The Nervous System (communication and coordination)
-
The Immune System (discernment and integrity)
-
The Endocrine System (timing and transitions)
-
The Circulatory System (distribution and flow)
-
The Digestive System (assimilation and release)
-
The Respiratory System (exchange and rhythm)
You begin by observing the roundtable.
Who speaks first?
What are the points of synergy — and where do tensions emerge?
What priorities or non-negotiables does each department bring to the discussion?
Now it’s your turn. You are invited to:
-
State your core purpose — what kind of being are you becoming?
-
Offer your guiding principles to this team (e.g., balance, adaptability, speed, sensitivity, endurance).
-
Express any concerns or requests: Is there a system you feel needs more support? Less intensity?
Listen to their feedback.
-
What surprises you in their inter-systemal negotiations?
-
Do you observe wisdom in how they co-design task boundaries, communication channels, and rhythms?
Before you leave, each system hands you a symbol — perhaps a shape, a scent, a rhythm, or a color — representing its gift to your life.
In closing:
-
Reflect on how these co-created systems are working within you now.
-
Are some more over-developed, others under-attended?
-
What do you now understand about your body’s inner diplomacy?
Optional creative addition:
Sketch a map or symbol of your Systems Roundtable — show their positions, contributions, and dynamics.
Submit the answers to your tutor/ mentor at the end of this lesson/ unit. Thank you.
