PART 1: Reflection & Warm-Up
Before we embark, we would very much like to see what you think about the following questions.
1. How do you, yourself, imagine Prenatal Experience?
2. What images and thoughts come to your mind as you read the title and see the image indicative of the Course?
3. How may you come across Prenatal issues in your every day life experience?
4. Why do you think a Prenatal Psychology student needs to learn about the Basics of Psychology and then about the Evolution of Prenatal Psychology?
Remember that at the end of this course, you will be asked to submit your Self-Assessment/ Reflection Lifeline. As you know, this kind of assessment provides you, the student with a structure to apply Prenatal Psychology study to your personal life. You have the opportunity to discover, reflect, gain awareness and apply learning outcomes to your life experience. For this assignment, you can choose one of the three suggested mediums (artwork, written narrative, creating a figure) to express yourself. You are advised to bear this in mind and start right away, keeping your notes as you move on from day to day. At the end of the course, please send your work over the internet to the Institute.
