Young Hearts Create Miracles. An event in which young adolescents present their visions and missions as well as their processes towards a sustainable life experience on our planet.
INSPIRE is a program designed for adolescents who are eager to make a positive impact in their communities and in the world. The program encourages young people to envision a future where health, quality of life, connectedness, values, and collaboration are at the forefront of human experience. Through a variety of innovative activities, participants will explore different ways to cultivate these qualities in themselves and their communities, and develop the skills needed to create positive change in the world around them. INSPIRE aims to foster young hearts, intelligent minds, and strong hands, empowering the next generation of leaders to make a difference in their communities and beyond.
Form:
1. Creative projects submitted by adolescents & presented by them will allow participants to express leadership skills they bear and channel them into sustainable project plans that add value to life.
2. Art Exploration. Adolescents can express themselves through musical compositions, visual arts, sculpture, … writing or any other innovative way.
3. Virtual focus groups will gather feedback from participants on various topics, such as adolescents’ needs or challenges.
4. INSPIRE Presentation of submissions on the day.
The INSPIRE program outcomes and deliverables:
1. Increased social awareness and engagement: Through participation in the program, adolescents can showcase their awareness of important social issues and their sense of responsibility to make a positive impact in their communities.
2. Development of leadership and communication skills: By participating in leadership and team-building activities, as well as virtual discussions and projects, participants can develop their leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
3. Enhanced creativity and self-expression: Art and creative projects can help participants to develop their creativity and self-expression, while also promoting reflection and critical thinking.
4. Development of research and analytical skills: Focus groups can provide opportunities for participants to develop their research and analytical skills, while also learning more about important issues.
5. Community engagement and impact: The program can help participants to connect with their communities and make a positive impact, through volunteering, social media campaigns, or other forms of community engagement.
6. Development of a strong peer network: Through participation in the program, participants can develop strong relationships with peers who share their values and interests, providing a supportive network for personal and professional growth.
These outcomes and deliverables can contribute to the overall goal of the INSPIRE program, which is to empower young people to become leaders in their communities and make a positive impact in the world.
